Captain Eleanore is a seasoned cosplayer, beginning her cosplay journey over 8 years ago, while sewing and crafting from a very young age. Initially captivated by the crafting side of the hobby, she has also grown to love the social aspects and community that it offers.

Eleanore’s approach to cosplay is one of inclusivity, strongly maintaining that cosplay is for everyone and everyone starts somewhere. She appreciates and creates both elaborate cosplays with a range of techniques that take hundreds of hours and way too much money(!), but also budget and/or beginner friendly cosplays that bring just as much joy.

Captain Eleanore gravitates towards characters that make her feel confident and strong or that challenge her to embody something quite different from her usual self. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge, and stories of her exciting and absurd cosplay adventures.
