About
Patrick Warburton
His voice acting career took off around the same time when he was cast as Joe Swanson on Family Guy, followed by the bumbling henchman, but skilled chef, Kronk in The Emperor’s New Groove. Shortly thereafter he was cast as the lead in The Tick (and later produced the 2016 reboot), and featured in many other shows, movies and games, including Men in Black II, The Emperor’s New Groove video game series, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, The Twilight Zone, 8 Simple Rules, Open Season, Home on the Range, Sky High and many more. Other major roles include anchorman Jeb Denton in Less than Perfect, Steve Barkin in Kim Possible, Hymie in Get Smart, reprising the voice of Kronk in Kronk’s New Groove and the tv series The Emperor’s New School, the titular Rock Slyde, Jeff Bingham in Rules of Engagement and Brock Samson in The Venture Bros. Amongst dozens of other roles, he’s voiced characters in Hoodwinked, Chicken Little, Bee Movie, Puppy Dog Pals; Lok in the Tak and the Power of Juju video game and TV series and Flynn in the Skylanders series. He also played Commander Blaine H. Tate on Moonbeam City, General Rick Stoner in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., General Dabney Shramm in Space Force, Christof in The Duel, the villain Cad in Underdog, Rip Riley in Archer, Mike Moore in Crowded, Grandpa Shark in Baby Shark’s Big Show! and Sheriff Bronson Stone in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. More of his recent roles include Guy in the blockbuster comedy films Ted and Ted 2, and Lemony Snicket in A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Patrick has appeared as himself in such shows as GSN’s Poker Royale Celebrities vs. the Pros, where he won the tournament and the American Top Gear, where he set the “Big Star, Small Car” lap record. He’s also a regular in the Disneyland parks, where he featured as Patrick, the flight attendant, for the Soarin’ ride in both Disney California Adventures in Anaheim and Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, the droid G2-4T in Star Tours: The Adventures Continue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando and Disneyland in Anaheim, and Kronk in Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom in the Magic Kingdom in Orlando.
Patrick’s other appearances in films, TV, commercials and more are almost too numerous to mention, but with nearly 200 – and still counting – film, TV and game roles, you’re sure to have seen or heard him somewhere!
