Prepare yourselves for a heart-pounding, eye-poking, and tibia-smashing addition to Metro City! We are incredibly excited to announce that Australian comic book mainstay and veteran artist TREV WOOD is heading to Metro Comic Con this July!
Joining his editor-in-chief Wolfgang Bylsma, Trev is the brilliant visual storyteller behind Gestalt Comics hit supernatural adventure Unmasked: The Sinister. Fans absolutely love his dark, dynamic style as it pits the world’s remaining Old God champions against the chaotic forces of an anarchic New God.
Trev has been a pillar of the local indie scene since launching his career in 2007 with the long-running Sawbones webcomic. Since then, his incredible artwork has graced numerous collected editions, the mini-series Sawbones: The Time Being, and the critically acclaimed, award-winning sword-and-sorcery anthology series, Talgard.
Trev will be holding down the fort at the Comics Crossroads all weekend long! Bring your books to get signed, chat about the independent comic scene, or request a custom sketch from one of the country’s finest sequential artists.

Trev is a mainstay of the Australian comics scene and the visual storyteller behind the Gestalt title UNMASKED: THE SINISTER.
UNMASKED: THE SINISTER is a heart-pounding, eye-poking, tibia-smashing superhero adventure pitting the last of the Old God’s champions, The Sinister, Strix, and Doctor Coffin, against a New God of Chaos’s anarchic forces.
Trev began his comics career in 2007 drawing the long running SAWBONES web comic which has been published in two collections of short stories, as well as four issues of the SAWBONES: THE TIME BEING mini-series. His work has also appeared in multiple collections, including the award-winning TALGARD sword-and-sorcery anthology series.
