Wolfgang has also mentored the Australia Society of Authors and the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, co-written the Cleverman comics with Ryan Griffin for the Indigiverse, served as an executive producer on The Deep animated show and lettered, edited and/or designed every book Gestalt has published.

Wolfgang Bylsma
Wolf is the co-founder and Editor-in-Chief for GESTALT COMICS, as well as the Chief Executive of not-for-profit organisation COMICS ON COUNTRY, INC.
Wolf’s publishing endeavours have helped change the nature of the comics industry in Australia and assisted in building reputations and careers for Australian talent on the international stage.
With a passion for fostering creativity, Wolf has also served as a Consulting Editor for two other publishing houses, and an industry mentor for the Australian Society of Authors. He has edited, lettered and designed numerous award-winning graphic novels, both within Australia and internationally. In his roles as Executive Producer and Creative Director, his efforts have been integral to a number of adapted works based on comics/graphic novels, including THE DEEP animated series and the award-winning LUSTRATION virtual reality series.
In addition to his editorial work, Wolf has also co-written the CLEVERMAN tie-in comics with TV series creator Ryan Griffen, and adapted the ABC iView series WASTELANDER PANDA to comics. His work has helped facilitate multiple First Nations graphic novel projects, in partnership with Big hART, the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Magabala Books, and Stick Mob in Mparntwe (Alice Springs). His current project is working with Scott Wilson and Benny Eggmolesse to continue developing the INDIGIVERSE Aboriginal superhero comic universe.
